We were asked by MECX Medical to design a new brand which would reflect the ethos the their business.  Whilst working on the creative design of their new logo, and the fact that our customer was operating in the medical arena, we realised that we needed to create a professional, trustworthy and visually appealing brand identity.  Other factors that we considered within our design concepts included:

1. Symbolism and imagery: We choose a symbol (pulse line) which ran through the brand as this was relevant to their medical field, The life line symbol conveyed the company’s focus on healthcare and wellness.

2. Colour palette: As MECX Medical was part of a group we needed to stay with the Groups overall branding colours which were Red, Black, White and Blue.  The red was used as the pulse line and the X, whilst the remainder of the logo was in black.

4. Simplicity: We Kept the design simple and uncluttered to ensure that the logo was easily recognisable and memorable.

5. Scalability: We ensured that the logo was completely scalable and that it looked good across various platforms and sizes, from business cards and letterheads to websites and social media profiles.  We also created new business cards,

6. Uniqueness:  We created a logo that made the business stand out from its competitors and which was distinctively different. Our unique logo certainly helped the company to establish a strong brand identity and made a lasting impression on clients.
